Online Marketing Coordinator (Part-time/Full-time)


We’re looking for a candidate with a very positive attitude, strong written communication skills, high proficiency across all social media platforms, and the ability to finish all required tasks no matter what.

 

You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager, learning our current process of creating, managing, and growing our social media presence. You will also be tasked with reaching out to various avenues for potential partnerships to spread the word about Go! Go! Nihon.

 

The position is part-time or full-time at our office in Higashi-Shinjuku in Tokyo.

 

PART-TIME

Hours: 5 days a week, 3-4 hours a day

Compensation: 1,100yen per hour

Transport covered up to 10,000yen a month

Potential full-time position is available depending on performance

FULL-TIME

Hours: 5 days a week, 10am – 6pm

Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience

Transport covered up to 10,000yen a month

Visa sponsorship available

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of online marketing experience preferred.
  • Perfect written communication skills.
  • Currently located in Tokyo with 1+ years remaining on a long-term visa.
  • Be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to recognize current hot topics and trends and act on them immediately. Speed is key.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Japanese proficiency is preferred, but not required.
